disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of Oklahoma (FEMA-
4247-DR), dated 12/29/2015.
    Incident: Severe winter storms and flooding.
    Incident Period: 11/27/2015 through 11/29/2015.

Effective Date: 12/29/2015.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 02/29/2016.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 09/29/2016.
