The objects are imported pursuant to a loan agreement with the foreign owner or custodian. I also determine that the exhibition or display of the exhibit objects at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, from on or about November 4, 2016, until on or about April 9, 2017, at the New-York Historical Society, New York, New York, from on or about May 26, 2017, until on or about September 3, 2017, at the Frist Center for the Visual Arts, Nashville, Tennessee, from on or about October 6, 2017, until on or about January 28, 2018, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, is in the national interest. I have ordered that Public Notice of these Determinations be published in the Federal Register.
