accurate; (4) how might the Department enhance the quality, utility,
and clarity of the information to be collected; and (5) how might the

Title of Collection: Health Education Assistance Loan (HEAL).
    OMB Control Number: 1845-0126.
Type of Review: An extension of an existing information collection.

Education (Department). The pertinent information collections were

of the information collection for forms HEAL 502-1 and 502-2, HEAL

quarterly and provides information on the status of outstanding loans
such as the number of borrowers by stage of loan life-cycle, repayment
