SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the 
rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights 
(Commission), and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), that a 
planning meeting of the New Mexico Advisory Committee to the Commission 
will convene at 11:00 a.m. (MST) on Wednesday, January 25, 2017, via 
teleconference. The purpose of the meeting is to conduct orientation 
for the newly appointed Committee and review progress of draft report 
on Elder Abuse.
