    On December 31, 2015, the Postal Service filed notice that it has 
entered into an additional Global Reseller Expedited Package Services 2 
(GREPS 2) negotiated service agreement (Agreement).\1\

and an application for non-public treatment of certain materials. It 
also filed supporting financial workpapers under seal. Pursuant to 39 
CFR 3015.5(c)(2), a certification of compliance with 39 U.S.C. 3633(a) 
was filed with the Commission on January 4, 2016.\2\

3015, and 39 CFR part 3020, subpart B. Comments are due no later than
