disaster for the State of California dated 02/01/2017.
    Incident: 31st Avenue Warehouse Fire.
    Incident Period: 12/02/2016.

Effective Date: 02/01/2017.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 04/03/2017.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 11/01/2017.
