SUMMARY: The U.S. Customs and Border Protection User Fee Advisory 
Committee (UFAC) will meet on Wednesday, March 22, 2017, in Washington, 
DC. The meeting will be open to the public.

DATES: The UFAC will meet on Wednesday, March 22, 2017, from 1:00 p.m. 
to 3:00 p.m. EDT. Please note that the meeting is scheduled for two 
hours and that the meeting may close early if the committee completes 
its business.
    Pre-Registration: Meeting participants may attend either in person

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Pursuant to the Federal Advisory Committee 
Act (5 U.S.C. Appendix), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) 
hereby announces the meeting of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection 
User Fee Advisory Committee (UFAC). The UFAC is tasked with providing 
advice to the Secretary of Homeland Security (DHS) through the 
Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) on matters 
related to the performance of inspections coinciding with the 
assessment of an agriculture, customs, or immigration user fee.

Agenda

    1. The Financial Assessment and Options Subcommittee will review 
and discuss the work that has been completed so that the UFAC can 
deliberate upon and, if appropriate, vote on potential recommendations.
    2. Public Comment Period.
    3. The Process Improvements Subcommittee will review and discuss 
the work that has been completed so that the UFAC can deliberate upon
