Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights (Commission), and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), that a planning meeting of the Wyoming Advisory Committee to the Commission will convene at 11:00 a.m. (MDT) on Thursday, March 30, 2017, via teleconference. The purpose of the meeting is to receive additional information on hate crimes legislation, update on progress of education bill, and select a topic for study.

ACTION: Announcement of meetings.

SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the 
rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights 
(Commission), and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), that a 
planning meeting of the Wyoming Advisory Committee to the Commission 
will convene at 11:00 a.m. (MDT) on Thursday, March 30, 2017, via 
teleconference. The purpose of the meeting is to receive additional 
information on hate crimes legislation, update on progress of education 
bill, and select a topic for study.
