This meeting will be open to the public. DATES: The meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2017, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on Thursday, April 27, 2017, from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Pacific Time Zone.
