Five Bears Hydro, Inc. and Five Bears Hydro, LLC; Notice of 
Application for Transfer of License and Soliciting Comments, Motions to 
Intervene, and Protests

    On March 24, 2017, Five Bears Hydro, Inc. (transferor) and Five 
Bears Hydro, LLC (transferee) filed an application for the transfer of 
license of the Five Bears Power Project No. 6281. The project is 
located on Ward Creek, a tributary to the Feather River in Plumas 
County, California. The project occupies land of the United States 
within the Plumas National Forest.
    The transferor and transferee seek Commission approval to transfer 
the license for the Five Bears Power Project from transferor to the 
transferee.
