SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets 
Control (OFAC) is publishing the names of persons whose property and 
interests in property are blocked pursuant to the Foreign Narcotics 
Kingpin Designation Act (Kingpin Act).
