Lifetime Products, Inc. of Clearfield, Utah (``Lifetime''). 82 FR 9595-

certain basketball backboard components and products containing the
same by reason of infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent Nos.

investigation on the basis of a settlement agreement.
On September 6, 2017, the ALJ issued an ID (Order No. 15) granting
the joint motion and terminating the investigation in its entirety
based on the settlement agreement. The ALJ found that termination of
this investigation is in the public interest because it will not
adversely affect the public health and welfare, competitive conditions
in the United States economy, the production of like or directly
competitive articles in the United States, or United States consumers.
Order No. 15 at 2. No party petitioned for review of the subject ID,
and the Commission has determined not to review it.
