A request for such a waiver has been received by MARAD. The vessel, and a brief description of the proposed service, is listed below. DATES: Submit comments on or before November 15, 2017. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: As described by the applicant the intended service of the vessel M/V PACIFIC PROVIDER is: --INTENDED COMMERCIAL USE OF VESSEL: ``Our intended use of the vessel is to carry only passengers on adventure cruises.
