SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: FEMA previously published a Federal Register
notice on October 2, 2017 at 82 FR 45875 providing notice of a
Presidential declaration of an emergency for the State of Alabama. That
notice incorrectly stated that all 67 counties in the State of Alabama
and the Poarch Band of Creek Indians had been designated as eligible
for debris removal and emergency protective measures (Categories A and
B), including direct federal assistance, under the Public Assistance

measures (Category B), including direct federal assistance, under the
Public Assistance program.
