SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the 
rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights 
(Commission) and the Federal Advisory Committee Act that the Illinois 
Advisory Committee (Committee) will hold a meeting on Wednesday, 
November 15, 2017, from 9:00a.m. to 1:00p.m. CST, for the purpose of 
hearing public testimony regarding civil rights and voter access in the 
state.

DATES: The meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 15, 2017, from 
9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. CST.
    Location: Grambling State University, School of Nursing Auditorium, 
One Cole Street. Grambling, LA 71245.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This meeting is free and open to the public. 
Persons with disabilities requiring reasonable accommodations should

public may submit written comments; the comments must be received in
