disaster for the State of North Carolina dated 11/21/2017.
    Incident: Flooding and Heavy Winds.
    Incident Period: 10/23/2017.

DATES: Issued on 11/21/2017.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 01/22/2018.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 08/21/2018.
