The application was submitted pursuant to the provisions of the Foreign-Trade Zones Act, as amended (19 U.S.C. 81a-81u), and the regulations of the Board (15 CFR part 400). It was formally docketed on March 6, 2018. The proposed subzone (6.07 acres) is located at Marginal Street, Highway #165 Km 3.2, Palmas Ward, Cata[ntilde]o, Puerto Rico. The proposed subzone would be subject to the existing activation limit of FTZ 61. No authorization for production activity has been requested at this time.
