from the project boundaries deemed unnecessary for project purposes and 
to add land for the Port Edwards and Nekoosa projects deemed necessary 
for project purposes. The licensee states that the proposed changes to 
the project boundaries will enhance consistency with the Commission's 
current policies regarding project boundaries.
