Supplemental Filing

    Take notice that on May 7, 2018, T.E.S. Filer City Station Limited 
Partnership filed a Supplement to the March 5, 2018 filed Application 
for Commission Certification as a Qualifying Cogeneration Facility.
    Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must 
file in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of
