continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites 
the general public and other federal agencies to take this opportunity 
to comment on this extension of a currently approved information 
collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.

to be assured consideration.

    Title: Generic Clearance for the Collection of Qualitative Feedback 
on Agency Service Delivery.
    Abstract: This collection of information is necessary to enable the 
Agency to garner customer and stakeholder feedback in an efficient, 
timely manner, in accordance with our commitment to improving service 
delivery. The information collected from our customers and stakeholders 
will help ensure that users have an effective, efficient, and 
satisfying experience with the Agency's programs.
    Affected Public: Individuals or Households; Private Sector: 
Businesses or other for-profits and Not-for-profit institutions.
    Estimated Number of Annual Responses: 56,000.
    Frequency of Response: Once per request.
    Estimated Total Burden Hours: 42,000.
    Request for Comments: Comments submitted in response to this notice 
will be summarized and included in the request for Office of Management 
and Budget approval. All comments will become a matter of public 
record. The public is invited to submit comments concerning: (a)
