Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights (Commission), and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) that a meeting of the West Virginia Advisory Committee to the Commission will convene by conference call at 12:00 p.m. (EST) on Friday, July 6, 2018. ACTION: Announcement of meeting.

SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the 
rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights 
(Commission), and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) that a 
meeting of the West Virginia Advisory Committee to the Commission will 
convene by conference call at 12:00 p.m. (EST) on Friday, July 6, 2018. 
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the final plans for the SAC 
briefing on the collateral consequences of a felony record. The 
briefing will be held in Charleston on July 19, 2018.
