SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the 
rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights 
(Commission) and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) that a 
meeting of the Alaska Advisory Committee (Committee) to the Commission 
will be held at 12:00 p.m. (Alaska Time) Thursday, August 2, 2018. The 
purpose of the meeting is for the Committee to hear from testimony 
Virgene Hanna and Jessica Passini, authors of the Institute of Social 
and Economic Research report: (https://iseralaska.org/publications/?id=1712), Perceptions of Universal Ballot Delivery Systems.
