Description of Request: The licensee filed an application proposing revisions to the project's whitewater boating take-out site plan approved by the Commission's Order Modifying and Approving Plan for Whitewater Boating Take-out Site issued June 22, 2006. The proposed revisions would make changes to the existing approved Cooper Canyon Creek Take-Out Site, including unlimited open-gate access to the take- [[Page 35629]] out site, elimination of existing boater insurance requirements, elimination of the 1000-foot-long portage from the existing parking area to the entrance to the access road (340 spur road), additional parking at the take-out site, and changes to the project boundary associated with the 340 spur road and parking area. In addition, the licensee requests Commission approval of its conceptual plans to develop two alternate take-out sites in the area for use when the Cooper Canyon Creek Take-Out Site is inaccessible. l.
