Declaratory Order

    Take notice that on October 4, 2018, pursuant to section 292.402 of 
the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (Commission) Rules of 
Practice and Procedure, 18 CFR 292.402, Wolverine Power Supply 
Cooperative, Inc. (Wolverine or Petitioner) on behalf of itself and its 
distribution cooperative members (Distribution Members), filed a 
petition for declaratory order requesting a partial waiver of certain 
obligations imposed on Wolverine and its

Distribution Members under the Commission's regulations \1\ 
implementing Section 210 of the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act 
of 1978, all as more fully explained in the petition.
