AGENCY: Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and

ACTION: 30-Day information collection notice.

SUMMARY: The Department of Defense has submitted to OMB for clearance 
the following proposal for collection of information under the 
provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act.

DATES: Consideration will be given to all comments received by December 
24, 2018.

    Annual Responses: 225,584.
    Average Burden per Response: 15 minutes.
    Annual Burden Hours: 56,396.
    Needs and Uses: This information collection is necessary to support 
the Military One-Source Case Management System, which was established 
for the purpose of providing comprehensive information to members of 
the Armed Forces and their families about the benefits and services 
available to them.
    Affected Public: Individuals or Households.
