TransColorado Gas Transmission Company; Notice of Compliance Filing

Take notice that on October 1, 2002, TransColorado Gas Transmission Company (TransColorado) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Original Volume No. 1 Fifty-First Revised Sheet No. 21 and Twenty-Fourth Revised Sheet No. 22A, to be effective October 1, 2002.

TransColorado states that the filing is being made in compliance with the Cmmission's letter order issued March 20, 1997, in Docket No. RP97-255-000.

TransColorado states that the tendered tariff sheets propose to revise TransColorado's Tariff to reflect one amended negotiated-rate contract with National Fuel Marketing Company.

TransColorado stated that a copy of this filing has been served upon all parties to this proceeding, TransColorado's customers, the Colorado Public Utilities Commission and the New Mexico Public Utilities Commission.

Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE, Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations.
