App. (1988) that an open meeting of the Citizen Advocacy Panel will be held Saturday, February 23, 2002, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m, at the Sunrise Hilton, 3003 N. University Drive, Sunrise, Florida 33322. The public is invited to make oral comments. Individual comments will be limited to 10 minutes.
