This is a notice of an Administrative declaration of a disaster for the State of NEW JERSEY dated 10/11/2011.

Incident: Severe Storms and Flooding.

Incident Period: 08/13/2011 through 08/15/2011.

Effective Date: 10/11/2011.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 12/12/2011.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/11/2012.
