Primary Counties: Androscoggin; Cumberland; Hancock; Kennebec; Waldo.

Contiguous Counties:

Maine: Franklin; Knox; Lincoln; Oxford; Penobscot; Sagadahoc; Somerset; Washington; York.

The Interest Rates are:
