Written comments and suggestions from the public and affected agencies concerning the proposed collection of information are encouraged. Your comments should address one or more of the following four points:

Abstract:27 CFR part 478 of Federal Regulations requires Federal Firearms Licensees' who discovers a firearm it shipped was stolen or lost in transit, the transferor/sender FFL must report the theft or loss to ATF and to the appropriate local authorities within 48 hours of discovery on ATF Form 3310.11.

An estimated 550 respondents will take 20 minutes to complete the form.

The estimated annual public burden associated with this collection is 182 hours.
