Atlantic Coastal Fisheries Cooperative Management Act Provisions; Summer Flounder Fishery

This notice announces the Secretary of Commerce's compliance decision under the Atlantic Coastal Fisheries Cooperative Management Act regarding New Jersey recreational management of summer flounder.
