SUMMARY:
The Retirement Services, Office of Personnel Management (OPM) offers the general public and other Federal agencies the opportunity to comment on a revised information collection, Application for Refund of Retirement Deductions, Federal Employees Retirement System, SF 3106 and Current/Former Spouse's Notification of Application for Refund of Retirement Deductions Under the Federal Employees Retirement System, SF 3106A.
