Recurring Special Local Regulation; EQT Pittsburgh Three Rivers Regatta, Pittsburgh, PA

The Coast Guard will enforce the special local regulation for the EQT Pittsburgh Three Rivers Regatta to provide for the safety of persons, vessels, and the marine environment on the navigable waters of the Allegheny, Ohio, and Monongahela Rivers during this event. During the enforcement periods, entry into this zone is prohibited unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Marine Safety Unit Pittsburgh or a designated representative.
