SUMMARY:

This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of Kansas (FEMA-4449-DR), dated 06/20/2019.

Incident: Severe Storms, Straight-line Winds, Tornadoes, Flooding, Landslides, and Mudslides.

Incident Period: 04/28/2019 through 07/12/2019.

DATES:

Issued on 07/25/2019.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 08/19/2019.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 03/20/2020.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

The notice of the President's major disaster declaration for Private Non-Profit organizations in the State of KANSAS, dated 06/20/2019, is hereby amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the disaster.

Primary Counties: Bourbon, Comanche, Crawford, Dickinson, Douglas, Edwards, Ford, Gray, Riley.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
