Incident: Severe Storms, Tornadoes, Straight-line Winds, and Flooding.

Incident Period: 07/18/2019 through 07/20/2019.

Issued on 10/17/2019.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 10/28/2019.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 05/27/2020.

The notice of the President's major disaster declaration for Private Non-Profit organizations in the State of Wisconsin, dated 08/27/2019, is hereby amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the disaster.
