Incident: Severe Storms, Tornadoes, and Flooding.

Incident Period: 09/09/2019 through 09/26/2019.

DATES:

Issued on 01/08/2020.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 01/17/2020.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 08/18/2020.

The notice of the President's major disaster declaration for Private Non-Profit organizations in the State of South Dakota, dated 11/18/2019, is hereby amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the disaster.

Primary Counties: Clark, Codington, Day, Lincoln.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
