Incident Period: 02/05/2020 through 03/06/2020.

DATES:

Issued on 07/31/2020.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/20/2020.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 02/22/2021.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
