DATES:

Issued on 11/16/2020.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 12/21/2020.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/20/2021.

The notice of the President's major disaster declaration for Private Non-Profit organizations in the State of Oregon, dated 10/20/2020, is hereby amended to establish the incident period for this disaster as beginning 09/07/2020 and continuing through 11/03/2020.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
