SUMMARY:
Healthcare and Insurance, Office of Personnel Management (OPM) ( printed page 9958) offers the health plan carriers, general public and other federal agencies the opportunity to comment on the carrier application for participating in the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program. The requirements that must be met by carriers seeking to participate (and remain) in the FEHB Program are set forth in the stature and regulations.
