This is a notice of an Administrative declaration of a disaster for the State of Indiana dated 07/06/2021.

Incident: Severe Storms and Flooding.

Incident Period: 06/18/2021 through 06/19/2021.

DATES:

Issued on 07/06/2021.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 09/07/2021.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 04/07/2022.

Contiguous Counties:

Indiana: Brown, Clark, Greene, Jackson, Jennings, Lawrence, Morgan, Owen, Ripley, Scott, Switzerland.

Kentucky: Carroll, Trimble.
