SUMMARY:
Consistent with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and its implementing regulations, this document provides notice DoD is submitting an Information Collection Request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to collect information on incident and case management data on problematic sexual behavior between children and youth as required by the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019, Section 1089, Policy on Response to Juvenile on Juvenile Problematic Sexual Behavior Committed on Military Installations.
