This is a notice of an Administrative declaration of a disaster for the State of Arizona dated 10/13/2021.

Incident: Severe Storms, Flooding and Flash Flooding.

Incident Period: 08/13/2021 through 08/14/2021.

DATES:

Issued on 10/13/2021.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 12/13/2021.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/13/2022.
