The information collected by the Standard Form 328 is necessary for the DCSA Facility Clearance Branch to make eligibility determinations for access to classified information and/or issue Facility Security Clearances under the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and the Defense Enhanced Security Program (DESP). Respondents are contractors, licensees, and grantee business entities performing on contracts involving access to classified information.
