SUMMARY:

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is correcting a notice that was published in the Federal Register on January 25, 2022, regarding an incorrect name of the attorney for the licensee referenced in the License Amendment Request table as “Steven Hamrick, Managing Attorney—Nuclear, Florida Power and Light Company, P.O. Box 14000, Juno Beach, FL 33408-0420” to read “Rick Giannantonio, General Counsel, Energy Harbor Nuclear Corp., Mail Stop A-GO-15, 76 South Main Street, Akron, OH 44308.”
