Incident: Severe Storms and Straight-line Winds.

Incident Period: 12/15/2021.

Issued on 03/22/2022.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 04/18/2022.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 11/17/2022.

The notice of the President's major disaster declaration for Private Non-Profit organizations in the State of Kansas, dated 02/17/2022, is hereby amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the disaster.

Primary Counties: Norton, Phillips.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
