Proposed rule; extension of comment period.
SUMMARY:
EPA proposed a rule under the Toxic Substances Control Act ( printed page 31815) (TSCA) to address the unreasonable risk of injury to health it has identified for conditions of use of chrysotile asbestos following completion of the TSCA Risk Evaluation for Asbestos, Part 1: Chrysotile Asbestos.
DATES:
The comment period for the proposed rule published April 12, 2022, 87 FR 21706, is extended. Comments must be received on or before July 13, 2022.
