SUMMARY:

This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of New Mexico (FEMA-4652-DR), dated May 4, 2022, and related determinations.

This amendment was issued October 4, 2022.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

The notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of New Mexico is hereby amended to include the following area among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the event declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of May 4, 2022.

Lincoln County for permanent work [Categories C-G] (already designated for Individual Assistance and assistance for debris removal and emergency protective measures [Categories A and B], including direct federal assistance, under the Public Assistance program).
