On October 14, 2022, Nasdaq MRX, LLC (“MRX”) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“Commission”), pursuant to Section 19(b)(1) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 ^[1] and Rule 19b-4 thereunder,^[2] a proposed rule change to assess market data fees. The proposed rule change was published for comment in the Federal Register on October 28, 2022.^[3]

On December 8, 2022, MRX withdrew the proposed rule change (SR-MRX-2022-22).
