This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of Washington (FEMA-4682-DR), dated 01/12/2023.

Incident: Severe Winter Storm, Straight-Line Winds, Flooding, Landslides, and Mudslides.

Incident Period: 11/03/2022 through 11/08/2022.

DATES:

Issued on 01/12/2023.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 03/13/2023.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 10/12/2023.

Notice is hereby given that as a result of the President's major disaster declaration on 01/12/2023, Private Non-Profit organizations that provide essential services of a governmental nature may file disaster loan applications at the address listed above or other locally announced locations.

The following areas have been determined to be adversely affected by the disaster:

Primary Counties: Clallam, Island, Jefferson, Lewis, Okanogan, Skagit, Skamania, Snohomish, Wahkiakum.
