SUMMARY:
The Healthcare & Insurance/Federal Employee Insurance Operations (FEIO) offers the general public and other federal agencies the opportunity to comment on the renewal of an expiring information collection request (ICR), without change, OPM 2809, Health Benefits Election Form.
